By accessing or using the NestLeads platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NestLeads provides a platform that connects apartment renters with apartment communities. For renters, we offer a free apartment search and matching service. For property managers, we deliver qualified renter leads into their leasing management systems.

3. Renter Terms

The Service is free for renters. By submitting your information through our platform, you consent to having your contact information and preferences shared with the specific apartment communities you choose to contact.

4. Property Manager Terms

Property managers who use our lead delivery service are subject to a separate Partner Agreement that governs pricing, lead delivery, move-in reporting, and payment terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Attempt to access areas of the Service not intended for you
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by NestLeads LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

NestLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
